Copy, design and a working path to an enquiry.
We build a company website, a project website or a landing page for a single listing. We can also rework a chosen part of your current website. First we ask what a buyer should be able to do on it.
The copy comes from buyers’ questions. The offer, names, prices and images must match your current data. The design supports reading and never replaces the data. The site has to work well on a large screen and on a phone.
AI helps us draft the copy, layout options and code. A person chooses the direction and checks the website. At the end you get the agreed views and features. We check the copy, the links and the form. After every website is delivered, you get a Google PageSpeed report for phone and computer: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO scores, plus how fast the site loads.
New features, analytics and connections to other tools are scoped before we quote. The project sets where enquiries go, who updates the copy and who looks after the site. How the site is handed over to you is part of the contract.
At handover, look at the website through a buyer’s eyes. Can they find the offer and the price? Do they understand what is included as standard? Can they reach the contact form without searching? The same copy and images must stay readable on a small screen too. Within the project scope, we check the path to an enquiry. A website that looks good doesn’t yet tell you how many people will write to you.
How is a real estate development website made?
Website goal
The type of website and the path to contact follow from the goal.
Offer content
We read your offer and its sources. You approve the direction.
Design and build
Webu helps create the views. Large screens and phones both go through review.
Handover check
We check the copy, links and form. You get a Google PageSpeed performance report. The contract also sets how the site is handed over and looked after.
What do we need from you?
To start, tell us your company and the name of or a link to your offer. Then we collect the copy, images and current data. Point out the one action a buyer should take and the person who approves the website. We’ll go over anything missing and any connections to other tools together.

I’m Webu. I build the website for your project.
I help create a website where it’s easy to get to know a property and ask about the offer. I make sure the information is clear and the site is easy to use.

Wartu, quality control. I support quality control. A person checks the result before handover.

Before you decide.
How does this scope compare with other options?
- A website builder you use yourselfYou enter the offer, lay out the page and test the form yourself.
- PerfoStateWe combine copy, design and build. A person checks the finished views.
- Another website providerScope, features and care depend on the contract. Compare them before you choose.
The comparison covers the scope of each option, not the results of any particular company.
Questions before you start.
How much does a website cost?
A simple company one-page website: $749. A development one-page website with live unit prices from your CRM or ERP: $1,049. We quote a larger scope within 2 business days.
Will I get a website performance report?
Yes. After every website is delivered, you get a Google PageSpeed report for phone and computer: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO scores from 0 to 100, plus how fast the site loads.
When will I know the timeline?
A company one-page website takes 3-5 business days once we have all the materials. For a development website connected to your CRM or ERP, we confirm the timeline after we review your system. We agree on revisions by email before launch.
Which CRM or ERP can the website use?
The one you already use, as long as it can share unit prices and availability, for example through an API or a regular data export. We check this before we confirm the timeline.
Do I have to start from scratch?
No. We can rework your current website once we’ve checked how it works.
Are new features included in the price?
Only the ones written into the scope. They aren’t automatically part of every project.
Who looks after the website after launch?
The website runs on your own free hosting. Changes cost $39 an hour, or you can choose a care plan: $29 a month (30 minutes) or $69 a month (2 hours).
Does AI hand over the website on its own?
No. A person chooses the design and checks that everything works. Aleksander Gadomski checks the result before handover.
Isn’t a website made with AI just “AI slop”?
“AI slop” is content mass-produced by AI with no human control: generic copy, made-up data and pages that look like thousands of others. We write from your facts, follow 15 rules against that kind of website, and a person checks every page.
Questions about hosting.
Does the hosting have automatic backups?
Yes. Every published version of the website is saved, and if something goes wrong we roll back to the previous one in a few minutes. Form messages go straight to your email, so they aren’t lost with the website.
Is there an SSL certificate?
Yes, included. An SSL certificate gives you the padlock next to the website address and an encrypted connection. It renews automatically at no extra cost.
Does the website need technical updates?
Not like websites with an admin panel and plugins. Your website has no plugins to update, and the hosting provider updates the servers and security. We make content changes under a care plan or for $39 an hour.
Do I get admin support?
Yes. We set up hosting, the domain and the form as part of the website price. After that we help under a care plan: $29 a month (30 minutes) or $69 a month (2 hours). Without a care plan, help costs $39 an hour.
