Server
A computer that runs around the clock and makes a website or email available on the internet.
How is a server different from a regular computer?
It sits in a data center with emergency power and a fast connection, runs 24/7 and serves many visitors at the same time.
Where are the servers of your website?
With your hosting provider. On large networks such as Cloudflare, copies of your website sit on servers in many cities at once.
